Fair Usage Policy

This Fair Usage Policy keeps Roamavo services reliable, transparent, and fair for travelers, network partners, and other customers.

Roamavo plans are designed for normal travel connectivity, not for resale, automated abuse, permanent replacement of fixed internet, or unlawful activity.

1. Normal use

Normal use includes browsing, maps, messaging, email, ride-hailing apps, social media, video calls, remote work, streaming within plan limits, and hotspot sharing when the plan and network allow it.

2. Speeds and network management

Network partners may manage traffic to protect network quality. Speeds can vary by location, signal strength, device, local carrier, congestion, plan type, hotspot use, and fair usage controls.

Plans described as high-speed, 4G, LTE, or 5G do not guarantee a fixed speed at all times or in all places.

3. Unlimited or large-data plans

If Roamavo offers unlimited or high-allowance plans, those plans may still be subject to carrier fair usage limits, speed reduction after a threshold, hotspot restrictions, or daily usage controls. Any specific limit should be shown before purchase where known.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Roamavo services in a way that harms Roamavo, network partners, other users, or the integrity of telecom services.

  • Reselling, renting, sharing, or commercially redistributing eSIM plans without permission.
  • Using the service for fraud, spam, phishing, malware, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Automated scraping, bot traffic, bulk account creation, or activity designed to bypass rate limits.
  • Tampering with, reverse engineering, or bypassing eSIM activation, network, security, or billing systems.
  • Using the service in a way that causes abnormal network load or violates carrier terms.

5. Hotspot and tethering

Hotspot sharing may be available on many plans, but it depends on the plan, device, operating system, and local network partner. Where hotspot is restricted by a partner, Roamavo may not be able to override that restriction.

6. Suspension or restriction

We may suspend, restrict, throttle, or terminate access if we detect prohibited use, fraud, chargeback risk, network abuse, or behavior that violates this Policy. We may also refuse future orders from accounts involved in abuse.
