These Terms of Service explain how customers may browse, buy, install, and use Roamavo travel eSIM services. By using our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using an eSIM supplied through Roamavo, you agree to these Terms.

Roamavo provides prepaid data-only travel connectivity. We do not provide emergency calling, a local phone number, SMS, or a replacement for your primary mobile service.

1. About Roamavo

Roamavo offers prepaid eSIM data plans for international travelers through roamavo.com. Plans are delivered digitally and are intended to help customers access mobile data while traveling in supported destinations.

Roamavo may work with telecom operators, eSIM platforms, payment processors, fraud prevention tools, analytics providers, email providers, and customer support tools to provide the service.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to purchase a plan. You are responsible for giving accurate checkout and account information and for keeping your login details secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or order details, contact us as soon as possible.

3. Device compatibility

Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM, is network-unlocked, and can use mobile data in your destination. Some phones are sold with regional eSIM restrictions or carrier locks.

Roamavo may provide compatibility guidance, but final compatibility depends on your device model, operating system, carrier lock status, local network conditions, and destination restrictions.

  • Your device must support eSIM installation.
  • Your device must be unlocked for international mobile data services.
  • You must have Wi-Fi or another internet connection to install the eSIM.
  • You must follow the installation instructions sent after purchase.

4. Plans, pricing, taxes, and availability

Plan prices, data allowances, supported destinations, validity periods, network coverage, and availability may change before purchase. The details shown at checkout apply to your order at the time you buy.

Prices are displayed before payment. Taxes, currency conversion, card fees, and bank fees may vary depending on your payment method, location, or card issuer.

5. Delivery and activation

eSIM plans are delivered digitally, usually by email and through your account dashboard. Delivery may be delayed if payment review, fraud screening, provider availability, or technical issues require additional checks.

Installation and activation are different steps. Installing an eSIM on your phone may not start data usage immediately, but some plans can start their validity period at installation, first network connection, or another provider-defined activation event. Always read the plan instructions before installing.

6. Data-only service

Unless a plan clearly states otherwise, Roamavo eSIMs are data-only. They do not include a local phone number, traditional voice calling, SMS, or emergency calling.

Internet-based apps such as WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime, Telegram, maps, email, and web browsing may work using mobile data, subject to app availability, local restrictions, and network conditions.

7. Network coverage and speed

Coverage maps, country pages, speed labels, and network descriptions are estimates. Actual service depends on local carriers, signal strength, device compatibility, network congestion, weather, buildings, terrain, maintenance, roaming partner rules, and government restrictions.

4G, LTE, and 5G availability is not guaranteed in every location. Speeds may be reduced by network management, fair usage controls, plan limits, hotspot usage, or carrier policies.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use Roamavo services lawfully and for normal personal or business travel connectivity. You may not misuse, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the service.

We may suspend, restrict, or refuse service where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, network misuse, payment risk, or violation of these Terms or our Fair Usage Policy.

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Do not resell or commercially redistribute a plan without written permission.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, network controls, or security systems.
  • Do not use automated tools in a way that harms the service or network partners.

9. Payments, failed payments, and fraud checks

Payments must be authorized by the cardholder or payment account owner. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment authorization fails, a chargeback is filed, or fraud prevention systems flag the transaction.

If a payment is reversed after an eSIM has been delivered, we may suspend the related eSIM, account, or future purchases while the issue is reviewed.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Because eSIMs are digital goods that may be delivered and consumed quickly, refund eligibility depends on whether the eSIM was installed, activated, used, expired, or affected by a verified technical issue.

Your statutory consumer rights, if any, are not limited by these Terms.

11. Support

For help, contact support@roamavo.com. To troubleshoot quickly, include your order email, destination, plan, device model, screenshots of any error, and a short description of what happened.

We may ask you to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps before deciding whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate.

12. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update plans, features, prices, coverage, policies, and these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies when you use the website or place an order.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamavo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website or eSIM services.

Roamavo is not responsible for failures caused by your device, incorrect installation, carrier outages, local restrictions, force majeure events, third-party apps, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
